Terms
| Terms are net 30
days on approved buyers. To open an account with us, please send
your trade references to our Accounting
Department,
accounting@epboard.com, or call (714) 630-6899 to process.
We also accept major credit cards, money order and checks for
immediate ordering. |
Sales Tax
| All orders placed
in the United States are subject to the California sales tax. |
Prices
| ePBoard Design
reserves the right to make changes in design, material,
specification, or price without notice. All orders will be
processed according to the prices in effect at the date of
shipment, unless notified otherwise. |
Guarantee
| Our products are
guaranteed for 90 days from the ship date. Distributed parts or
products made by other manufacturers are covered by
manufacturers' warranties. |
Return Policy
l
Returned Parts will not be
accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number issued from ePBoard Design.
l
Standard parts may be returned for
up to 90 days from the ship date. There is no re-stocking charge
for the standard parts retuned within 30 days. 15% re-stocking
charge will be applied for the standard parts returned from 31 to
45 days. 25% re-stocking charge will be applied for the standard
parts retuned from 46 to 90 days.

Expedite and NRE fees are not
refundable.
l
Custom parts are not returnable
unless there is a defect. In the event of a defect, please
notify ePBoard Design immediately.
l
The customer will be invoiced for
all parts not returned and received by ePBoard Design within 30
days of the date the RMA was issued. |
Shipping Information
| All orders are
shipped FOB Anaheim CA in Pacific time zone. Default shipment
are based on our Standard Shipping Rate. Others are by request.
